Two Killed in Hit-and-Run Crash on Gulf Freeway near Cullen Boulevard in Houston
Houston, TX. (May 12, 2023)- Two people were killed in a two-vehicle crash on May 10, 2023, in Houston, Texas. The accident occurred just after 12:00 a.m. on the Gulf Freeway near Cullen Boulevard. Police reported that two people were traveling southbound on a moped when they were rear-ended by a maroon pickup truck. The victims were then struck by several more vehicles. Both moped riders were pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the pickup truck fled the scene of the crash. The drivers of the other vehicles stayed at the scene to speak with investigators.
