BURLESON, TX – Medics dispatched an air ambulance to the scene of a school bus crash with entrapment at a busy Burleson intersection Friday morning, reports DFW Scanner.

The crash happened sometime before 8:47 a.m. at the intersection of Wilshire Boulevard and Southeast Gardens Boulevard, which is just southeast of the Burleson Recreation Center.
Officials say there were no students on the bus at the time of the accident, but at least one person became entrapped and required extrication. It’s unclear if any other vehicles were involved in the wreck.
Authorities encouraged motorists to avoid the area of the crash while crews investigated and worked to clear the scene.
