Air ambulance called to major crash on I-35W NB near Alsbury Blvd

BURLESON, TX – Emergency crews responded to a serious accident along the interstate in the south-central suburbs of Fort Worth on Monday afternoon, reports DFW Scanner.

The incident happened sometime before 1:46 p.m. on the northbound side of I-35W just before Northeast Alsbury Boulevard in north Burleson.

It’s not yet clear what caused the crash or how many vehicles were involved, but police referenced a probable ejection. Injuries are likely, as an air ambulance reported to the scene.

Officials requested that drivers avoid the area and seek alternate routes during the medical response and clean-up efforts.
