1 hurt in fiery solo crash on US-75 NB near Texoma Medical Center
DENISON, TX – One person went to the hospital Tuesday after a fiery crash along the highway in northeast Grayson County, reports KTEN 10.
The accident happened just before 5:30 a.m. on the northbound side of US-75 near Texoma Medical Center in Denison. This is about 57 miles north of Plano.
Police haven’t yet determined what caused the single-vehicle accident. They say that the car caught fire in the crash and that the driver required hospitalization for their injuries.
Officials closed the northbound lanes of US-75 in the area of the wreck for around an hour while crews worked to put out the fire and clear the scene. Driver experienced delays during this time.
