Head-on crash along Mountain Creek Lake Bridge kills 3, injures 3
DALLAS, TX – A 30-year-old man and two children died last Thursday morning in a wrong-way crash in southwest Dallas, reports My Texas Daily.
The accident happened just before 8:15 a.m. on the Mountain Creek Lake Bridge, which connects Grand Prairie and Dallas.
Police say that for unknown reasons, the driver of a 2021 KIA Forte carrying two passengers entered the wrong song of the highway and collided head-on with a 2006 Chevrolet Malibu, carrying an adult driver and two children.
The driver of the Kia, identified as Jorge Nunez, died at the scene. Two children from the Kia went to an area hospital, where they also died from injuries sustained in the collision.
Medics transported the driver and two children from the Chevy to the hospital with critical injuries.
