Ejection crash on I-10 near Huebner claims Thomas Jardine

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A 25-year-old motorcyclist sustained fatal injuries last Thursday in a multi-vehicle crash along the interstate in northwest San Antonio, reports KSAT 12.

The accident happened around 8:30 p.m. on the westbound side of I-10 near Huebner Road in Huntington Place area.

Police say the motorcyclist appeared to be speeding when he encountered slowed traffic and was unable to stop before hitting two vehicles. The second collision threw the motorcyclist from his bike and into an 18-wheeler, killing him at the scene.

Authorities identified the victim as Thomas Jardine.

No other injuries have been reported in connection to the accident.

A full investigation is underway.
