Juvenile killed, adult injured in collision on I-45 in Dallas 

DALLAS, TX – A juvenile was killed, and an adult was injured in a collision on Interstate 45 in Dallas on Saturday, according to NBCDFW

The incident happened before 10:30 a.m. It began when one driver struck a second vehicle on the northbound lane. The juvenile from that second vehicle exited the vehicle and was then struck by a third vehicle, an SUV. 

The SUV driver did their best to avoid a crash, but unfortunately struck the juvenile. 

The juvenile suffered critical injuries, and the SUV overturned as a result of the crash. 

EMS crews transported the juvenile and the SUV driver to a hospital. The juvenile died, and the SUV motorist was treated for unspecified injuries. 

The SUV driver appears to be in stable condition.
