Dallas PD arrests driver after injury collision in Bishop Arts
DALLAS, TX – Dallas police arrested one driver after an injury collision in the Bishop Arts district on Thursday, according to Fox4News.
The crash occurred around 7 p.m. on the 300th block of West Davis Street. Eyewitnesses told Dallas police that the driver, operating a truck, had stopped and backed up several times before plowing into several tables outside a restaurant.
The impact of the collision caused two people to be pinned underneath the truck.
Fire crews did not specify whether the aforementioned pinned individuals were able to free themselves or if they conducted the extrication. Regardless, officials confirmed four people were injured and sent to a local hospital for treatment.
