Sandra Lee Lazaarus & William Lavich Lazarus killed in 2-car crash in McKinney
MCKINNEY, TX – A 77-year-old woman and a man were killed as a result of a two-car crash in McKinney on Friday, the Dallas Express reports.
McKinney Police said an orange BMW and a silver Hyundai collided before 6:30 p.m. at the intersection of North Custer Road and Bedford Lane.
The two occupants of the Hyundai, the 77-year-old woman and man, succumbed to their injuries, while the BMW driver sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
The Hyundai occupants have since been identified as couples, Sandra Lee Lazarus and William Lavich Lazarus, local to McKinney, and the BMW driver as 51-year-old James Armont.
Police are actively working to determine whether speed, impairment, or other factors contributed to the crash and have not announced any arrests or citations at this time.
