Pedestrian fatally struck by SUV near Fort Worth’s Mustang Park 

FORT WORTH, TX – A pedestrian suffered fatal injuries after they were struck by an SUV along Mustang Park on Friday, WFAA reports. 

The pedestrian-vehicle collision took place before 9:15 p.m. on the 7800th block of Ben Day Murrin Road. Preliminary details from the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office reveal the man was walking on the highway shoulder when he was struck by an SUV. 

The male pedestrian died from his injuries at the scene. 

Deputies have not released the victim’s name or specified whether the driver would face charges in connection with the pedestrian-vehicle collision.
