Motorcyclist killed in crash near Fort Worth stockyards
FORT WORTH, TX – A motorcyclist died following a two-vehicle collision near the Fort Worth stockyards late Friday night, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports.
Authorities say the fatal accident happened at the intersection of Ellis Avenue and NW 24th Street at about 11:45 p.m. on August 7. They say that the motorcyclist struck the broad side of a passenger vehicle that had just pulled into the intersection. It is unclear who had the right of way.
The motorcyclist died as the result of the crash. We do not know if anyone else was injured. We will provide updates if they become available.
