Motorcycle Accidents in Texas
Motorcycle accidents happen every day throughout the United States for many reasons. Most of the time the reason is negligence, especially if the accident occurs at an intersection. If a driver does not slow down as a traffic light turns yellow and still attempts to speed through an intersection or make a left turn, they risk crashing into motorcyclists and leaving with them with extreme injuries. It’s easy for motorcyclists to eject off of their motorcycles upon impact since they do not wear seat belts and are not shielded by any protective cover.
At Benton Law Firm, we understand how dangerous it is for motorcyclists to be involved in vehicle collisions, especially since they’re highly susceptible to sustaining catastrophic or fatal injuries. We are constantly helping injured motorcyclists file personal injury lawsuits against negligent drivers.
