Denton motorcyclist killed in 2-vehicle crash in Lewisville

LEWISVILLE, TX – A vehicle struck and killed a female motorcyclist Friday night after she lost control and was ejected from her bike, reports The Cross Timbers Gazette. 

The incident happened around 9:30 p.m. in the area of 1200 I-35E northbound, which is west of the Lewisville Railroad Park.

Police say that a car hit 23-year-old Kimberly Flowers after she crashed her motorcycle on the interstae.

Flowers died after transport to a local hospital.

The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene of the accident and cooperated with law enforcement. They do not face charges at this time.

The investigation continues.
