New details released regarding Denton crash on US-380
DENTON, TX – Authorities have released further details regarding the victims of a two-vehicle collision in Denton on Wednesday, reports DFW Scanner.
In addition to the death of a 28-year-old female passenger, police report that a 62-year-old female sedan driver went to the hospital with moderate injuries.
Additionally, medics transported a 10-year-old passenger via air ambulance to the hospital with critical injuries.
The driver of the pickup truck did not sustain injuries in the crash.
The crash occurred around 7:33 p.m. in the area of 8400 US-380, which is between Willow Lane and Cottonwood Lane.
The investigation thus far indicates that a westbound pickup truck struck a westbound sedan, causing the latter vehicle to collide with an electric pole.
