3-vehicle crash on I-30 EB near Cooks Ln in Fort Worth kills 2
FORT WORTH, TX – A major accident involving a motorcycle, sedan, and pickup truck killed two people early Monday morning along the interstate in east Fort Worth.
According to DFW Scanner, the incident happened at 12:26 a.m. on the eastbound side of I-30 near Cooks Lane, which is just southeast of Cobblestone Trail Park.
Police say that after an initial two-vehicle crash, a third vehicle struck and killed two people that were standing near the roadway.
Authorities have not yet released the names of the victims, nor have they clarified which vehicles were involved in the earlier crash versus which vehicle struck the victims.
No other injuries have been mentioned in connection with the incident.
