Fatality reported in major accident on W Division near Forest Edge

ARLINGTON, TX – Crews responded to an accident with at least one fatality on a major roadway on the western side of Arlington on Monday, reports DFW Scanner.

The incident happened sometime before 9:20 a.m. on West Division Street near Forest Edge Drive, which is just south of Village Creek Natural Area.

It’s not yet clear how many vehicles were involved, nor have police disclosed the cause of the accident.

Officials warned motorists to anticipate closures and delays in the area while crews worked to investigate and clear the scene.
