Pedestrian struck, injured near Edmonds and Royal Oaks in Lewisville

LEWISVILLE, TX – Emergency crews responded to a vehicle versus pedestrian accident late Friday morning in Lewisville, reports DFW Scanner.

The incident happened sometime before 11:55 a.m. on Edmonds Lane near the intersection with Royal Oaks Drive, which is just west of Durham Middle School.

Authorities haven’t yet released many details regarding the accident. They say that an adult male pedestrian went to the hospital with serious injuries.

It’s still unclear if the vehicle involved in the collision remained at the scene to render aid.
