Police charge hit-and-run driver responsible for fatal crash at Jim Miller and Bruton
DALLAS, TX – Police say they have located and arrested the driver responsible for an accident that killed a woman in the Pleasant Grove area Wednesday.
According to WFAA 8, the collision occurred early Wednesday morning near the intersection of Jim Miller Road and Bruton Road. A driver of an SUV lost control of his vehicle, hit a traffic pole, and overturned onto another vehicle in the intersection.
The driver of that second vehicle died after transport to a local hospital, while the driver of the SUV fled the scene in another vehicle.
Authorities are not disclosing the name of the suspect at this time, but they say his charges are pending.
