Crash involving semi and motorcycle at I-35W and Fossil Creek kills 1

FORT WORTH, TX – A two-vehicle crash involving an 18-wheeler killed a motorcyclist early Tuesday morning along the interstate in north-central Fort Worth.

According to Fort Worth Star-Telegram, the incident occurred just before 1:30 a.m. near the intersection of I-35W and Fossil Creek Boulevard, which is in the Fairway Bend area.

Police haven’t yet shared any details about how the crash happened, nor have they released the name of the victim, who died at the scene.

Medics transported the driver of the semi-truck to a local hospital with non-critical injuries.

Motorists experienced delays along I-35W in the area of the collision while crews worked to clear the wreckage.
