Solo crash on Arapaho Rd in Addison critically injures driver

ADDISON, TX – Emergency crews reported to a major injury accident along a busy Addison roadway on Sunday, reports DFW Scanner.

The incident happened around 1:46 a.m. near the intersection of Arapaho Road and Addison Road, which is just south of Addison Airport and Addison Circle Park.

Police say that for unknown reasons, a driver left the roadway and collided with a tree. The driver became entrapped in their vehicle following the crash and required extrication.

The driver went to the hospital with serious injuries.
