Dallas Police investigate solo crash near Forest Ln and Midway Rd

DALLAS, TX – Emergency teams were dispatched to a single-vehicle accident Sunday on the north side of Dallas, reports DFW Scanner.

The incident happened in the morning on Forest Lane just east of the intersection with Midway Road, which is northwest of The Hockaday School.

Police say that for unknown reasons, a driver lost control of their vehicle, left the roadway, and struck a tree.

Authorities have confirmed major damage, but it’s not yet clear if anyone sustained injuries in the accident.

Officials warned motorists to expect delays in the vicinity of the crash while crews attended to the victim(s) and worked to clear the wreckage.

A full investigation is underway. We’ll post updates to the blog if we learn more about injuries.
