Johnny Bryant, 64, claimed in motorcycle crash in S Corpus

CORPUS CHRISTI, TX – A 64-year-old motorcyclist sustained fatal injuries Saturday in a two-vehicle crash in south-central Corpus Christi, reports KIII 3 News.

The accident happened shortly before 7:30 a.m. at the intersection of Airline Road and Holly Road, which is east of the Corpus Christi Athletic Club and west of Corpus Christi Medical Center.

Police say that a westbound pickup truck and an eastbound motorcycle collided as the former vehicle attempted to turn south on Airline Road.

The motorcyclist, identified as Johnny Bryant, died after transport to an area hospital.

The driver of the pickup truck was not hurt in the wreck.

A full investigation is underway.
