Cynthia Hernandez fatally hurt in SW Dallas rollover crash

DALLAS, TX – Officials are reporting one fatality and at least one injury linked to a multi-vehicle collision that happened Saturday in southwest Dallas, reports WFAA News 8.

The accident happened shortly before 3 a.m. on the eastbound side of I-20 at Mountain Creek Parkway. This is just southeast of the Mountain Creek Soccer Complex.

Police haven’t shared any details regarding the circumstances of the crash except to say that three or four vehicles were involved. The impact of the collision caused one of the cars to overturn.

Authorities pronounced one person deceased at the scene. They identified her as Cynthia Hernandez.

One other person went to the hospital with unspecified injuries.
