Chandler Krueger IDed as victim in fiery crash in SW San Antonio

SAN ANTONIO, TX – A 25-year-old motorcyclist sustained fatal injuries Sunday night in a fiery three-vehicle collision in southwest San Antonio, reports KSAT 12 News.

Shortly after 8 p.m., emergency crews responded to the intersection of Southwest Military Drive and Logwood Avenue, which is just east of South Park Mall and I-35.

The investigation thus far indicates that the westbound motorcyclist ran a red-light and T-boned a southbound pickup truck. The bike then ignited after colliding with a sedan. The biker died at the scene, while the other two drivers sustained non-critical injuries.

Authorities identified the motorcyclist as Chandler Krueger.

It’s unclear if the drivers of the pickup and the sedan required hospitalization.

The collision likely caused delays in the area of Southwest Military and Logwood while teams gathered evidence and worked to clear the scene.

The investigation is ongoing.
