Gary Lane Graber struck, killed by police cruiser in Seabrook
SEABROOK, TX – A man died Sunday when a police cruiser struck him along the highway in southeast Harris County, reports Fox 26 Houston.
Around 1:30 a.m., emergency teams responded to an auto-pedestrian collision in the area of TX-146 and Port Road in Seabrook, about 32 miles southeast of Houston.
Police say that a Baytown police cruiser struck 27-year-old Gary Lane Graber in a lane of travel on the TX-146, killing him at the scene.
The investigation indicates that Graber may have experienced difficulty with his Chevy Suburban prior to the crash.
The officer involved in the accident did not sustain injuries in the accident,
