Solo rollover on US-190 near El Dorado claims Ethan Wolfe

SCHLEICHER CO., TX – A 21-year-old man died, and another man was arrested this past Saturday after a single-vehicle crash along the highway in Schleicher County.

According to Concho Valley Homepage, the accident happened on US-190 near mile marker 358, which is just west of El Dorado and about 45 miles southwest of San Angelo.

Police say that 23-year-old Caleb Lee Nolen was intoxicated when he lost control of his vehicle, causing it to overturn on the eastbound side of US-190.

The impact of the crash ejected an unrestrained passenger, who was later identified as Ethan Wolfe of Albuquerque. Wolfe died after transport to an area hospital.

Authorities arrested Nolen on charges of intoxication manslaughter after he failed a field sobriety test.

The investigation is ongoing.
