Patrick McPhaul IDed as victim in crash at I-10, Camp Bullis

SAN ANTONIO, TX- A 42-year-old man sustained fatal injuries last Thursday in a multi-vehicle collision along the interstate in northwest San Antonio.

According to News 4 SA, the accident occurred shortly before 10:30 a.m. on the southbound side of I-10, or US-87, at Camp Bullis Road.

Police haven’t shared any details about the cause or circumstances of the crash except to say that three vehicles were involved.

One of the three drivers, since identified as Patrick McPhaul, died after transport to an area hospital.

It’s unclear if anyone else involved in the accident required hospitalization.

No charges have been announced thus far.

A full investigation is underway.
