Officials shut down I-45 in Downtown Dallas due to semi-truck rollover collision
DOWNTOWN DALLAS, TX – Officials had to shut down all of the northbound I-45 lanes along I-30 due to a semi-truck rollover collision in Downtown Dallas on Thursday.
WFAA reported the crash after 6 a.m. and said fire crews were able to partially stabilize the semi-truck, but still could not fully reopen any lanes, which meant drivers were stuck in traffic for the time being.
It’s unclear when and if lane closures were lifted. Authorities did not specify the cause of the crash or whether anyone was injured.
Updates will be added once we learn more.
