2 hospitalized following wrong-way crash in Dallas
DALLAS, TX – Two people were hospitalized following a wrong-way crash on Dallas North Tollway between Mockingbird Lane and University Boulevard on Saturday, Fox4 said.
The collision happened before 12:30 a.m. on the southbound lanes. Texas Department of Public Safety said one driver was driving north on the southbound lane of Dallas North Tollway when they collided.
Moments later, one of the aforementioned vehicles then struck a third.
The drivers from the first two vehicles were hospitalized for non-life-threatening injuries, while the driver of the third vehicle was uninjured.
Authorities closed the southbound lanes for two hours before reopening the area.
No fatalities were reported, and officials have not been able to confirm any charges for the involved drivers.
