Officials close I-30 near Fate due to semi-truck collision 

NEAR FATE, TX – First responders had to shut down westbound Interstate 30 near Fate following a semi-truck collision on Wednesday.

The truck jackknifed and blocked all westbound lanes, NBCDFW reports. At least one fire engine truck was at the scene of the crash and also blocked off traffic. Officials left the eastbound lanes open to accommodate the flow of traffic.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the collision is under investigation.
