Person’s life claimed in pedestrian-vehicle crash in Lewisville 

LEWISVILLE, TX – A pedestrian’s life was claimed in a pedestrian-vehicle crash that happened in Lewisville on Wednesday, WFAA reports. 

The person was walking on the 1000th block of West Main Street when they were struck by a vehicle. 

Police and EMS crews pulled up to the scene before 2:45 p.m., and paramedics rushed the pedestrian to the hospital, where they later died. 

Tarrant County Medical Examiner will release the pedestrian’s name once their identity is confirmed and once their family is notified. 

Lewisville Police do not suspect foul play was a contributing factor behind the collision.
