Dallas PD officer injured in crash while helping with arrest 

DALLAS, TX – A Dallas Police officer was injured in a crash that happened while they were assisting with an arrest on Wednesday. 

The incident occurred after 4 a.m. on the 3000th block of Webb Chapel Extension, according to WFAA. EMS crews took the injured police officer to a hospital for treatment. 

No arrests seemed to stem from the crash, and the specifics leading up to the accident remain under investigation.
