Person’s life claimed in pedestrian-vehicle collision in South Dallas 

SOUTH DALLAS, TX – A person was killed in a pedestrian-vehicle collision in South Dallas on Sunday, Fox4News said. 

At around 3:30 a.m., the pedestrian was crossing westbound Interstate 30 near First Avenue when they were struck by a vehicle. 

Dallas Fire-Rescue declared the victim dead at the scene. 

Dallas police said the driver stayed at the scene, but have not announced any citations or arrests. 

The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
