One Killed in DUI Crash on Interstate 35 near Mockingbird Lane in Dallas
Dallas, TX. (February 13, 2023)- One person was killed in a two-vehicle crash on February 10, 2023, in Dallas, Texas. The accident occurred just after 3:00 a.m. in the southbound lanes of Interstate 35 near Mockingbird Lane. Deputies reported that a Nissan Xterra and a Ford F-250 were involved in a collision. The driver of the Nissan was transported to an area hospital where they later succumbed to their injuries. The driver of the Ford was taken to the hospital for treatment. The Ford driver is facing a charge of intoxication manslaughter. No other injuries were reported. The crash remains under investigation.
