1 killed in Fort Worth motorcycle collision on I-35W at Tarrant Pkwy

FORT WORTH, TX – A 34-year-old man died on Monday after his motorcycle collided with another bike along the interstate central Fort Worth.

According to DFW Scanner, the incident happened around 9:30 p.m. near the intersection of I-35W and Tarrant Parkway, which is just west of Medical City Alliance and north of the junction with US-287.

Police say that both motorcyclists were likely speeding when they collided on the southbound side of the interstate. Officers haven’t provided any further details regarding the cause of the crash.

One biker died at the scene, and the other sustained minor injuries. Authorities have not yet named the victim publicly.

A full investigation is underway.
