Fatality reported in crash on I-35W near NE 28th in Fort Worth

FORT WORTH, TX – One person died, and another sustained critical injuries in a crash along the interstate in north-central Fort Worth on Thursday morning, reports DFW Scanner.

The incident happened sometime before 9:43 a.m. on the northbound side of I-35W near NE 28th Street, which is just west of Mount Olivet Cemetery and east of Trail Drivers Park.

The circumstances of the accident are still under investigation, and authorities have not yet identified the victim.
