Crash involving semi on I-30EB at Gus Thomasson delays traffic

MESQUITE, TX – Officials encouraged motorists to expect delays in Mesquite on Monday after a multi-vehicle crash along the interstate near Towne Crossing Shopping Center, reports DFW Scanner.

The collision happened sometime around 2:30 p.m. on the eastbound side of I-30 at Gus Thomasson Road, which is west of I-635 and east of Dallas College Eastfield Campus.

Police haven’t shared any details regarding the cause of the accident, but they say it involved an overturned semi-truck.
