Collision on US-75 NB near Walnut Hill Ln in NE Dallas blocks traffic

DALLAS, TX – Emergency crews responded to a collision along the highway in northeast Dallas on Monday morning, reports KRLD Traffic.

The incident happened on the northbound side of US-75 near Walnut Hill Lane, which is just west of Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas in the Vickery Meadow area.

The cause of the accident is still unclear. Police say it blocked the three left lanes of US-75 northbound while crews investigated and worked to clear the scene.

There’s no word yet on injuries, but video footage at the scene indicates that officials did dispatch at least once ambulance.
