Motorcycle crash on ramp from US-75 to PGBT in Plano kills operator
PLANO, TX – A 21-year-old motorcyclist died late Saturday morning after a single-vehicle accident along the highway in Plano, reports DFW Scanner.
The incident happened around 10:53 a.m. on the ramp from southbound US-75 to the President George Bush Turnpike. This is northeast of Canyon Creek Country Club and The University of Texas at Dallas.
The investigation indicates that the motorcyclist hit a concrete barrier on the exit ramp after losing control of their bike. The motorcycle operator died after transport to a local hospital. Authorities have not yet released their name to the public.
Drivers likely experienced delays in the area while crews worked to clear the scene.
