Injuries reported in crash on Loop 323 WB near Timms in Tyler
TYLER, TX – A two-vehicle crash along the highway in Tyler caused injuries and delays on Friday afternoon while officials responded to the scene, reports CBS 19.
The incident happened before 3:41 p.m. on the westbound side of Southwest Loop 323 near Timms Street, which is between TX-155 and the Old Jacksonville Highway.
Police say that at least one person sustained injuries in the accident, though they’ve not yet disclosed the details of the collision.
Photos taken at the scene indicate that a dark-colored sedan may have T-boned a silver or blue sedan, causing damage to both cars.
The accident blocked all but one lane of traffic on Loop 323 while crews responded to the scene.
