Diana Martinez, 37, killed in 3-vehicle crash in San Antonio
SAN ANTONIO, TX – A 37-year-old woman died last Thursday in a multi-vehicle collision along the interstate in west San Antonio, reports KSAT 12.
The accident happened just after 10 p.m. on the southbound access road for I-410, just south of Waters Edge Drive. This is in the Meadow Village area.
Police say that two Ford Mustangs collided with the victim’s minivan immediately after she turned south from Waters Edge Drive. The driver of the minivan, identified as Diana Martinez, died from her injuries after a period of entrapment.
No other injuries occurred, and the drivers of the Mustangs did stop to render aid and speak with authorities.
At this time, police do not think any of the drivers were impaired at the time of the collision.
A full investigation is underway.
