GARLAND, TX – Police are investigating a hit-and-run crash that killed one teen and injured another Saturday night in Garland, reports WFAA News 8.

The accident happened around 10:15 p.m. near East Oates Road and Miami Drive, which is just northeast of the South Garland Library and west of Shugart Elementary School.
