Multi-vehicle entrapment accident reported near I-30 and AT&T Way

ARLINGTON, TX – Emergency teams carried out extrication measures Thursday evening after a major crash along the interstate near Six Flags, reports DFW Scanner.

The incident happened sometime before 6:25 p.m. on the service road to I-30 at AT&T Way. This is on the northeast side of the city, just west of TX-360.

Police say that at least two vehicles were involved in the accident with at least two people entrapped in their vehicles. It’s not yet clear what caused the cars to collide. Additionally, there’s no word yet on the conditions of the persons involved in the crash.

Officials warned drivers to avoid the area while teams worked to rescue the trapped patients, gather evidence, and clear the scene.
