Diana Salazar, 35, claimed in Midland Co. crash on TX-349

MIDLAND CO., TX – A 35-year-old woman sustained fatal injures Tuesday evening in a three-vehicle crash along the highway in Midland County, reports YourBasin.

The accident happened around 7:30 p.m. on TX-349 near mile marker 342. TX-349 runs north to south through the middle of the county.

Police say that a southbound Dodge Ram struck both a Dodge 2500 pulling a trailer and a Toyota Corolla along the highway.

The driver of the Toyota, identified as Diana Salazar, died at the scene of the crash.

Medics transported the driver of the Dodge Ram to an area hospital with serious injuries.

A full investigation is underway.
