Israel Gutierrez IDed as victim in rollover at Concord, Airline

WACO, TX – A 23-year-old man died early Saturday in what appears to have been a single-vehicle crash in northeast Waco.

According to KCENTV 6, the accident happened shortly before 3:45 a.m. at the intersection of Concord and Airline Roads. This is just southwest of TSTC Waco Airport.

Police say that for unknown reasons, a driver lost control of his car, causing it to leave the roadway and overturn.

The driver, identified as Israel Gutierrez, succumbed to his injuries at the scene.

The collision likely caused delays in the area of Concord and Airline while emergency crews worked to clear the accident.
